2018 MIBF

CRW Books participated in the recent Manila International Book Fair. MIBF is reputed as the biggest running book fair in the Philippines occupying two levels of the SMX. This year, SMX Mall of Asia welcomed more than 150,000 visitors.

Despite the unfriendly weather, SMX was still stormed by writers, readers, educators, students, families, and everyday bookworms from September 12 to September 16. The fair ran from 10 AM to 9 PM.

MIBF not only served as a venue to feature bestsellers among different bookstores but it also provided a venue for idea exchange among players in the publishing and academic industries.  Publishers, distributors, authors, and illustrators were able to connect not only with each other but with readers who came to get to know more about their favorite books.

We’re so grateful to those who visited our booth and we learned a lot about Filipino reading preferences.

Hope to see you at the 40th MIBF next year!
